Our Employability Skills Programme helps employers onboard newly appointed staff, trainees, apprentices and interns with work-readiness skills, utilising our 50-50 PAD system.60+
Our online app, 50-50 LAB, is a positive engagement and personal development tool that we have co-produced with the young people, families and professionals in our network.
It has been tested in various settings with children and young people of mixed abilities and needs to emotionally self regulate and build emotional resilience.
It allows young people to be scored by adults on character skills, unlock virtual awards and to create and monitor their own personal development profile including an online photo journal.
The system supports them by assessing their needs in the following areas referred to as the 6 mechanisms of change:

It helps young people to develop the core work capabilities skills that will help them become more employable. Our app has been developed around research carried out by Impetus – The Private Equity Foundation regarding the key capabilities that employers look for.
Young people can be scored by professionals on various employment skills and build a personal profile/portfolio with photo captures of evidence in their development of the following capabilities:
